SCSF – SAFE CONTROLLED SELECTED FERMENTATION

The technological process that inactivates at low temperature the cells of the microorganisms, with the activity of all their metabolites remaining unaltered.

NON BACTERIAL

Yeasts. The cells, which come from selected strains, improve the activity of the ruminal flora, inducing better fiber degradability and acting on the metabolism of sugars, especially lactose.

Fungi. The whole cultures of selected strains are the producers of the main intracellular and extracellular enzymes for humans and animals.

LATTOBACILLI

The lactobacilli from selected strains are competitive and produce antagonistic substances against harmful bacteria.
